Tributes are being paid to well known Enniscorthy based business man Biju Sreedharan who passed away suddenly yesterday Mr Sreedharan was the head chef at the very popular Holy Grail Restaurants based in Enniscorthy & wexford His culinary journey began in 1992 at the Taj Group of Hotels a prestigious 5-star hotel chain in India. He then spent several years honing his craft there before moving to Saudi Arabia.
