TURKEY-DUTCH DIPLOMATIC ROW GROWS Protestors have clashed with riot police after authorities in the Netherlands cancelled a planned rally in support of Turkey's President. Turkish Ministers had been due to attend the demonstration in Rotterdam aimed at gathering support for President Recep Tayyip Erdogan ahead of next month's referendum. Voters are being asked to give the leader more power over the country. The Netherlands says the block was down to security concerns - Turkey has warned the Dutch will pay a price as a result of the action.
