Twice as many first time buyers as homes available in the market

The average mortgage being approved now stands at just over 214-thousand Euro.

But there's a warning there are HALF the number of new homes being built than needed. That means around 20 thousand first time buyers have been cleared for a mortgage this year - but only 10-thousand new properties are available.
