Typhoon Hits Philippines

A powerful typhoon has brought heavy rain and winds to the Philippines - leaving at least four people dead and destroying buildings.

More than 200,000 people have already fled their homes while some domestic and international flights were cancelled. The storm has cut power lines and uprooted trees.
