Union Leader To Run For Labour Chairmanship

Jack O'Connor is to run for Labour party chairman.

The SIPTU President is understood to be working on a manifesto which will call for full collective bargaining for workers and an end to homelessness by 2022. The Irish Independent reports he will seek an official nomination in the coming days. The vote will take place at Labour's spring conference in April.
