Vatican letter on clerical abuse

Pope Francis says no effort will be spared to prevent clerical abuse and its cover up.

In an unprecedented letter to all Catholics he asks each of them to help uproot what he calls "this culture of death". The comments come just days before the Pontiff is due to arrive in Ireland for a two day trip.
