Waterford Abuse Father Jailed

A man who raped his son nine times at their family home in Waterford has been jailed for 14 years.

The 66-year-old, who can't be named to protect his son's identity, was also sentenced today for locking him in a wooden box. The abuse began 2009 when he was just 6 and continued for almost 2 years, until he was taken into care.
