Businessman Denis O'Brien has warned that we're building too many offices in Dublin.
Speaking at the World Economic Forum in Davos he said there won't be enough people to work in the extra buildings. Mr O'Brien is worried we won't attract as many financial workers to Dublin as expected after Brexit and thinks we're creating a bubble in the market. He also expects advancements in technology to reduce the need for office space.
