Wexford land prices saw an increase of 5% in 2016
That's according to a new report issued by the Farmers Journal today. Supply of land in the county was down 35.9% from 81 farms incorporating 3,037 acres in 2015 to 41 farms incorporating 1,946 acres in 2016. Average price of land in the county is now €11,700 per acre putting Wexford into the top four most expensive counties in the country.
