The death has taked place of one of the best known veterans of Wexford GAA
Paddy Wickham from Enniscorthy passed away earlier today He served as Wexford GAA county chairman as well as Leinster representative and was a well regarded player in his own right when he played football with Ballyhogue in the 1960s. He was an important stalwart in the administration roles in the GAA in Wexford for over half a century and is fondly remembered by all. His funeral mass will take place on Sunday in Davidstown church at 2pm with burial in the adjoining cemetery.
