Wexford is one of seven counties which has seen a house price rise of over five per cent in the past three months.
The average price of a three bedroomed semi detached in the county is now €150,000 up over seven per cent since June. The data is contained the Irish Independent Real Estate Alliance average house price index. Wexford is the only county in the South East to achieve that level of price rise.
