Wexford lifeboat recruiting for new volunteers
Wexford and Rosslare Lifeboats had a number of callouts over the weekend. They were all fishing related incidents but all ended successfully with no injuires or damages. Wexford Lifeboat service is now recruiting for new volunteers. Lorraine Galvin from the RNLI in Wexford outlines the type of people they are looking for: "It's quite a rigourous training...process we put our new crew through" she said. "If anyone is out there that lives or works within the border of Wexford, so the ringroad of Wexford, and that can committ to our heavy training schedule and would like to volunteer for Wexford lifeboat, we'd be delighted to hear from you" she added.
