Wexford Teachers To Be Given A Guide To Leaving Cert. Predictive Grades

Secondary School Teachers across Co. Wexford will today be given a guide to the predictive grading system for this years Leaving Certificate.

Under the new guidelines a gift offered to a teacher will be considered a serious attempt to influence grades. President of the Teachers' Union of Ireland, Seamus Lahart, says the guidance is to help teachers mark fairly and ignore any outside influences.
