Young people in wexford to be awarded at ceremony tomorrow night

An awards night acknowledging the work of young people in County Wexford is being held tomorrow night under the auspices of An Garda Siochana and Wexford County Council.

The Wexford Garda Youth Awards is the brainchild of Inspector Denis Whelan of the Wexford Garda Division. Seventy nominations have been received for the awards which will be held in the County Hall at 7.30pm. Inspector Whelan says its a recognition of the achievements of the young generation.
