This week, Bunclody-based Fianna Fáil Councillor Barbara Anne Murphy joined John on the programme to discuss a number of issues relevant to her constituents, including letters from the county council regarding the voting register, the state of the county's roads, flooding in Bunclody, and the reduced speed limit on the N80 to Carlow.
Following protests throughout the country and in Wexford also, regarding a proposed review and subsequent pause in SNA numbers, the Founder and CEO of AsIAm, Ireland's national autism charity, Adam Harris spoke to John about the effect that the proposed cuts had on children with autism, their parents and their families.
South East Radio Sports' Liam Spratt spoke briefly on the show following the previous evening's election of Wexford man Derek Kent to the role of GAA President, following a comprehensive vote.
...and finally Wexford-based Musician Ronan Furlong was on the programme to chat about his musical career so far, and about an upcoming gig in the Wexford Arts Centre also. We also heard two of Ronan's latest releases, one of which is his latest single.
