More than 250 vacant and derelict properties have been returned to residential use across County Wexford under the Vacant Property Refurbishment Grant.
New Department of Housing figures show 257 properties have been restored since the scheme was introduced in 2022.
More than €14.4 million in grant funding has been paid out in Wexford.
A total of 700 applications have been received in the county, with 551 approved.
During the third quarter of this year, 26 vacant or derelict properties were brought back into use, while a further 44 applications were approved.
Housing Minister James Browne says the scheme is helping tackle dereliction while returning badly needed housing to use.
Nationally, more than 7,100 properties have been restored under the scheme.
