The head of the Catholic Church in Ireland believes it's time for Irish society to "reignite a temperance movement" to address issues with alcohol.
Archbishop Eamon Martin told the Irish Independent that he's concerned about the "terrible impact" it's having on families. He added that addictions can "devastate" family and social lives.
