The average price paid for all houses put up for sale in County Wexford last year was just under 140,000 euro. Figures from An Post's Geo Directory Database show the actual average figure was 137,976 euro. This was based on the sale transaction of 1,521 properties in the county. Outside of Dublin the database of prices shows that County Wicklow had the highest house prices in the country at an average of 296,000 euro per unit.
