Average residential property price in wexford now at €156,000

New figures show that 536 houses were added to the database of addresses in Wexford last year.

This means that houses were built or brought back into use to be available for occupation. The figures also show the average residential property price in Wexford stands at nearly 156 thousand euro. The vacancy rate in the county stands at 3.7% which is lower than the national average of 4.8%
