A Rosslare Councillor is calling for urgent action to resolve the uncertainty faced by homeowners and farmers in the corridor of the proposed Rosslare-Oilgate motorway
These individuals cannot buy, sell, or transfer their properties due to their inclusion in the project’s planning zone & have been in limbo since 2009.
Cllr Lisa McDonald is asking the government, TII, and the local council to provide clarity and final agreements on the future of these properties, enabling people to move on with their lives.
She is also urging for quicker progress on the project, which she believes should be completed by 2034
