Burglaries on the increase in county wexford
A new survey has confirmed the number of burglaries is on the rise across the South East. The figures are contained in a new crime report published by the Central Statistics Office. According to the CSO document over 27,500 burlaries were recorded nationwide in 2014 which is an increase of almost 1,400 incidents when compared to the previous year. The latest figures confirm over 4,400 burglaries occured acorss the South East in 2014. Following publication of the figures gardai across County Wexford are warning homeowners to be more vigilant and protect their homes from potential buglars.
