The US is preparing to evacuate its base at Guantanamo Bay in Cuba over the threat from Hurricane Matthew.
The base is notorious as the site of a detention facility for captives from the Afghanistan war - and is in the current predicted path of the storm. Matthew's centre may now miss Jamaica - but the country is still facing up to 25 inches or 63 cm of rain. It's the worst hurricane to hit the area since 2007.
