Carlow Schools Close After Receiving Threats

A number of schools in Carlow today are closed after they received threats.

Parents of children in at least 3 schools have been contacted to say the schools got threatening messages and will not open today to ensure the safety of the children and staff.

It's understood Gardaí have been contacted and are on site at some of the schools involved.
