US stock futures have jumped after the FBI reaffirmed its decision not prosecute Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.

It says it has no reason to alter its decision that Mrs Clinton's use of a private server did not warrant criminal charges. Despite the FBI saying Mrs Clinton has no case to answer about the emails, Donald Trump is continuing to call her "a criminal".
