A County Wexford teenager with mental health and behavourial issues is being kept in Wexford General Hospital because there is no funding in place for alternative treatment
The fifteen year old has been in the hospital for almost four months and has had three seperate offers of treatment elsewhere but could not take them up do to lack of funding.
