Greek banks re-open but cash limits remain
Banks in Greece, which were closed for three weeks amid the country's debt crisis, have finally re-opened. But people are still only allowed to withdraw 420 euros a week. VAT has also jumped from 13 to 23 per cent on things like restaurant food, as part of the deal the Greek prime minister agreed to secure another bailout. Stavros owns a restaurant in Athens. He says he will probably have to pass that rise onto his customers. "It is something that we can't stand anymore" he said. "People who have places like mine or a restaurant or a coffee place, it's difficult now not to change the prices because we have so much tax" he added.
