More and more health insurance companies are refusing to pay patient's claims, according to the head of a private Dublin hospital.
The CEO of Blackrock clinic says they had traditionally absorbed the cost if claims weren't paid out. However, speaking to the Irish Independent, James O'Donoghue said that patients could soon have to pick up the bills - with figures under dispute rising by 300%.
