Homeless campaigners are giving the Housing Minister a month to fix the crisis - or resign.
They want the problem declared a national emergency - after new figures yesterday revealed that 488 children were declared homeless last month. 3755 children now face spending the Easter holidays in emergency accommodation. It's now believed that around 10,000 people - or the population of Gorey - are now homeless in the country.
