It looks like a strike is on the cards at Irish Rail - which could take place as soon as next weekend.
It's after talks at the Workplace Relations Commission failed to reach agreement between management and unions. The Unions are blaming the CEO of Irish Rail. Spokesman Barry Kenny says a strike could still be avoided.
