Farmers in Co. Wexford have sought divine intervention over the constant bad weather.
Kilrush parish held a mass on Monday night with attendees praying for better conditions. Mass was attended by both locals and those outside of the community, as well as from different faiths. Parish priest Father Joe Power, says the mass was arranged after the area saw almost double the average annual rainfall last month.
