Labour leader brendan howlin says garda commissioner must go

The latest penalty point and breath test scandal to hit the Garda Siochana is unforgivable.

Brendan Howlin said we need answers urgently after breath test figures were inflated by one million. But he said worse than that, fourteen thousand were wrongfully called before the courts for penalty points.
