Land prices in the south east fell in 2014
The price of farmland across the south east fell last year by an average of 14.5 per cent. That's according to a survey by Ganly Walters on national agricultural land prices. The average price in this region now stands at 10,226 euro per acre which is still 40 per cent above its lowest point in 2010. Nationally land prices last year rose marginally by 0.01 per cent.
