Man fatally injured on farm named as offaly under 21 hurling manager
A man involved in a fatal farm accident yesterday has been named as Offaly under21 hurling manager Dermot Hogan. The incident - involving the 43 year-old - happened at his farm in Coolderry in County Offaly yesterday evening. It's understood he was painting part of a shed on the family farm when he fell through a roof that he had been standing on, and suffered serious head injuries. Hogan was named the under21 manager earlier this year. Offaly lost in the semi-final of the championship in June to eventual Leinster champions Wexford.
