Moneylenders are acting inappropriately by offering loans to vulnerable households who don't have the ability to repay.
That's according to St Vincent de Paul which is calling on the Government to crack down on the high interest lenders. It wants to see the interest rates capped and strict rules around how moneylenders can advertise brought in.
