New legislation affecting motorists driving and using their phone come into affect
Motorists in County Wexford are being advised that new legislation in relation to the use of mobile phones while driving has come into force this morning. Drivers are being warned that if they're found to be handling a phone while driving they'll receive an automatic summons. First time offences will incur a fine of up to 1-thousand euro.
