Primary school book rental scheme to be rolled out in wexford

The Minister for Education is launching a textbook rental scheme for primary schools across County Wexford this morning. It applies to schools which don't already have such a scheme in place. In October, Minister Ruairi Quinn announced 15 million euro for book rental schemes in primary schools. However the President of the INTO Brendan O'Sullivan says schools which were pro-active and set up a book rental scheme are now being penalised.
