Rents in County Wexford rose by 11.4% in the last three months of last year.
That's according to a new Daft.ie Rental Report released today. The average advertised rent is now €686, up 27% from it's lowest point. Rent nationally rose by 13.5% last year while rents in Dublin have risen by 14.5%
