Health advocates are hoping it'll be a case of 'out of sight, out of mind' when new alcohol rules come in.
The Seanad is set to pass a long-expected bill today restricting the sale and marketing of alcoholic drinks. Under the changes cheap booze will be outlawed as minimum prices are introduced. Shops will also be asked to separate their drinks cabinet and keep alcohol out of reach of young people.
