Snow ice warning now in effect as temperatures to drop to -4 degrees

A yellow snow / ice warning for the whole country has just taken effect.

There'll be falls of snow, hail and sleet, with icy and dangerous conditions. The alert will remain in place until midday tomorrow. According to Met Eireann there will be lows of -4 degrees in places
