South east based company secures major contract

A South East based company has been selected as a customer service provider for Ireland's newest mobile phone service. iD will be operated by Dixons Carphone in Ireland and is targeting 6 percent of Ireland's mobile market within its first five years. It has announced that Eishtec will provide the full customer care function from its Waterford headquarters and its second facility at Drinagh outside Wexford town. Founded in 2011, Eishtec employs 1,100 people in its offices in Waterford, Wexford and Craigavon in Northern Ireland.
