Met Eireann has issued a status Orange wind warning for 13 counties including Wexford ahead of a potential storm arriving on Thursday.
The warning is in place for Wexford, Waterford and Wicklow as well as other areas in Leinster, Munster and Connacht. High winds and heavy rain could hit the West of the country on Thursday night and into Friday morning, with the South East to be affected also.
