Tributes pour in for clonroche's john jude doyle
The well known owner of the Cloch Ban pub collapsed and died at his home last night. He spent 19 years as a horticultural researcher at the Agricultural Institute in Clonroche. He was originally from Carlow and moved to County Wexford in the 1960's. The 74 year-old was a board member of Horse Board Ireland and worked for a number of years as South East Radio's Equestrian Correspondent. His colleague at the station and friend Liam Spratt says he was also heavily involved with the GAA community and that he will be a great loss.
