Vigils In Support Of Whistleblowers Held Nationwide

A campaign group is calling on the Garda Commissioner to stand aside while the controversy surrounding whistleblowers is investigated.

'Uplift' which organised vigils to support Maurice McCabe and other whistleblowers last night, say people deserve a police force they can trust. Hundreds of gatherings took place outside Garda stations across the country in a show of solidarity, including in Wexford.
