Main Streets everywhere face vacancy, decline, and rising social challenges. Across Ireland, commercial vacancy reached 14.5% in Q4 2024, with Wexford town at 13.2%. Eclectic Avenue is our response—a marketplace, cultural hub, and community space. It will showcase independent Wexford businesses, start-ups, live music, poetry, food, coffee, and a genuine community shopping experience. While the full project won’t open until 2026, we’ll launch an alternative Christmas Market this December. More details on participation will be shared soon.
