Witness Appeal Following Fatal Road Traffic Collision in Kilmuckridge

Gardaí in Wexford are appealing for witnesses following a fatal road traffic collision in Kilmuckridge yesterday afternoon.

The crash, involving a car and a motorcycle, happened shortly before half past three on the R742 at Ballinvunnia.

The male motorcyclist, aged in his late teens, was taken to Beaumont Hospital but was pronounced deceased during the early hours of this morning.

No other injuries were reported.

The scene was examined by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators and the road has since reopened.

Gardaí are asking anyone who was in the area between 3 and 3.30 yesterday afternoon, particularly with dashcam footage, to come forward.
