A court has ruled Northern Ireland’s abortion law breaches the UK’s human rights commitments.
29 year-old Sarah Ewart took her case to the High Court in Belfast after being refused a termination in 2013 – even though doctors said her child would die in the womb or shortly after birth.
The judge called her testimony ‘compelling.’
