At least 10 people are thought to be dead after an apparent terror attack in Istanbul. Turkish authorities say there was an explosion near Sultanahmet Square - a popular landmark. Tourists from Germany and Norway are among the wounded. The Department of Foreign Affairs is urging any Irish people caught up in the blast to follow instructions from security personnel.
