Baby death at cavan general hospital under investigation
An investigation is underway into the death of a baby at Cavan General Hospital. The hospital has confirmed that a clinical incident happened on Saturday April the 26th - in which a baby died. In a statement issued today, the HSE said it has launched a full and thorough investigation into what happened. Cavan General Hospital has extended it's deepest sympathy to the family while management at the hospital has met with the family and say they will continue to keep them informed of the ongoing investigation.
