Budget will lead to a fairer ireland - donohoe

The Finance Minister says the budget will lay the foundations for a fairer and more resilient Ireland.

Paschal Donohoe will reveal Budget 2018 in the Dáil later. There will be income tax cuts and a fiver a week extra on most social welfare payments. Paschal Donohoe says it's about securing sustainable growth.
