Consumers paying extra for hard copys of bills
New research is putting the spotlight on the cost of choosing paper over online billing. The Irish Independent claims consumers are paying up to 40 euro a month to receive paper bills. The study's also shown that companies are rewarding people who deal with them online, instead of going to their outlets, with discounts of up to 12 per cent.
